The Food Guy: Valley now offers choice of buffets; All of them are a good value if; you are really hungry

When CoCo's opened at Nitro Marketplace years ago as the area'sfirst Chinese mega-buffet, it took the local market by storm.

Hundreds of all-you-can-eat choices - including appetizers, soups,salads, entrees and desserts - for less than 10 bucks! Are they nuts?

They weren't, the concept took off, and now there are a handful ofsimilar choices stretching from one end of the valley to the other.The latest is China Gourmet at the Shops at Trace Fork.

It's not really any better or worse than all the rest. There aretons of choices, some better than others, and because of steadycrowds the food is replenished often enough to stay fairly fresh.
