NSW: Woman found not guilty of methadone killing
A Sydney woman accused of giving her six-year-old daughter a lethal dose of methadone
.. has been found NOT guilty of manslaughter.
46-year-old JULIE ANNE AUSTIN thanked the New South Wales Supreme Court jury .. after
it returned its not guilty verdict on all charges against her.
AUSTIN told police she thought she'd given medicine to her ill child .. ROSE VILLANUEVA-AUSTIN
.. who died of a methadone overdose in September 2005 .. at her Cattai home in north-western
Sydney.
